View from Upper Barrakka Garden 

Valletta

  This is one of the most famous and popular spots in Malta. Here you can enjoy an amazing panoramic view of the Grand Harbour and the Three Cities: Vittoriosa, Isla and Cospicua  (old names: Birgu, Senglea and Bormla).

 

 This garden is situated on the upper level of St. Peter & Paul Bastion. On the lower level you will see a Saluting Battery, firing cannons each day at noon and 16.00

 

 The view changes through the day. You need to get up very early to see this particular one.

View from Fort St. Angelo

Birgu

 Fort St. Angelo is one of the most famous fortifications associated with the Maltese Knights and the Great Siege. 

 It is situated in Birgu, at the centre of the Grand Harbour. From the fort you can see Valletta and the Grand Harbour in full view.

Marsamxett Harbour

  This magnificent view is available from fort Manoel. Even if the fort is not open during your visit you can make unique photos of Valletta and Marsamxett Harbour from the Manoel island.
